Meeting Venue:
The meetings will be held at the Doubletree Hotel – Washington DC Crystal City located at 300 Army Navy Drive in Arlington, Virginia.  The DoubleTree Crystal City is located directly across the Potomac River from the Nation’s Capital and minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.

Guest Room Accommodations:
Lodging is held in the name of the Western States Water Council.  The negotiated guest room rates are $258 per night single/double occupancy.

Check-in after 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Ground Transportation:  The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to Ronald Reagan National Airport and Pentagon City Metro Station/Fashion Centre at Pentagon City.

Reservations Method:
To secure a reservation in the group room block for the Western States Water Council, utilize the custom weblink (Group Code – JOI), or call 1-800-HILTONS.  The reservation must be secured with a valid credit card, along with a first night’s deposit, refundable up to three days in advance of arrival.

The quoted rates will be extended to Group’s attendees, based on contracted room type and rate availability, three days prior and three days after the event to accommodate travel needs.

Any reservations requested after the cut-off shall be accepted, based on availability, and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates.

Cancellation:  To avoid a one-night’s lodging fee, advise the Hotel a minimum of 72 hours prior to date of arrival of any change in planned length of stay.

Face Coverings:  The hotel requests that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.

Block Release:
March 7, 2022.  After this cut-off date, reservations will be accepted on availability and at the prevailing rates on a first come, first served basis.
