We hear you and we are listening! This year’s annual meeting will be structured as a workshop environment to foster deep-dive discussions on federal/state partnership topics (i.e.- data, policy).

ICWP members have expressed an interest in exploring recent shifts in federal/state balances, including (but not limited to) discussion of:

1. Organizational capacities
2. Funding structures
3. Federal/state roles and responsibilities (i.e.- groundwater, permitting guidance, science vs. programmatic gaps, fed vs states’ authorities).
