USACE Infrastructure Public-Private Partnership Pilot Projects

The US Army Corps of Entenerrs hosted a webinar on December 11, 2018 to discuss its upcoming pilot projects related to Public-Private funding of infrastructure projects.  The USACE’ new construction backlog is in the range of $100B and the needs for maintenance and replacement on existing projects is estimated to be $140B.  The USACE’s annual budget is around $6B.  Once notice is published in the Federal Register, anticipated in January, 2019, prospective non-federal project sponsors will have 60 days to provide information in response to the request.  Project selection will be made in Spring, 2019.
