ICWP Board of Directors requests US Army Corps of Engineers continue broad application of funding programs in the Planning Assistance to States (Letter to ASA RD James dated September 16, 2019) & USACE Oct. 16, 2019 Response

Members of ICWP had been alerted that funds available under the Planning Assistance to States program may be restricted for use exclusively for flood mitigation projects, leaving many projects ICWP members are supporting unable to access these funds.
